For your convenience, we provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns and/or exchanges within the United States. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Retaining this order information facilitates the administration of our 100% guarantee on our products and provides the mechanism for processing return and exchange requests and providing replacements and refunds of ordered items.
